    Ordering Problem

    I tried to order the TaxBook today, and it would not accept my ZIP. What's my next move?

      Hi Gary,

      The order form is setup to accept 5 digit zip codes and 9 digit zip codes with a dash. So if the format entered was NNNNN or NNNNN-NNNN then your order should have been accepted. Please let us know if you are having a problem with either of these formats and we will work to correct any problems with the order form as soon as possible.

          Tried Again

          I tried again and it still doesn't like my ZIP. I tried both the 5 and 9 digit ZIP, and it wouldn't accept either. I guess I will have to call in on the telephone.
