I've dealt with these guys in the past and they seemed (just from my short dealings with them) to be legit and professional.

Don't know of any other that I'd be comfortable recommending.

There's a thread over on the Unofficial ATX Community on this subject as well. If I were going to try and sell my practice (assuming anybody would want it without demanding that I pay THEM), the first thing I'd do is announce it on every tax forum I participate in.
