    Late 1041 e-file

    Has anybody tried to e-file a 1041 between September 15 and October 15? The e-Help people thought it could be done, but they weren't sure. (There doesn't seem to be a whole lot that they ARE sure of!)

    Guess it might just depend on IRS and your efile provider - I have no alerts on my efile as of today, but my Efile schedule says only until Oct 10, 2011 under Legacy - so don't know if that helps you
