Am I missing something here? I've got a client who this year established an entity in North Carolina. Accordingly, I've completed the NC CD-405. I use ATX and don't see any form for efiling this return. Any insight appreciated.

E-filing of NC Entity Returns
is not possible at this time. That goes for all returns except for Individual returns. I wish that were not true but it is true. -
