    energy credits extended?

This might have slipped past me somehow, but on Clark Howard's Saturday program he referred to credits still available for 2011, at a lesser amount than previous however.

    See: http://www.clarkhoward.com/news/clar...me-impr/nDWgP/

has The Taxbook put out anything on this yet?

It is my understanding that the Energy Tax Credits for items such as biomass stoves,
A/C, water heaters, windows and doors, etc. IS allowable on the 2011 tax return but
at a lessor amount for some of these items and a LIFETIME credit limit of $500 is
in affect. So if a taxpayer claimed ANY such credit in the past that $500 lifetime limit
could very likely eliminate much or all of the credit for 2011. See www.energystar.gov for
      details.

I would have thought so, too, but can't find it. Do you have a link? perhaps?
