    Still no power since Hurricane Irene last Saturday!

        My heart goes out to you -
        Without power is one thing, and particularly for one week - at least you and your hubby, are safe, with what you describe as minimal property damage. All of the inconvenience with NO power, though for your area - sounds horrendous

        To the second part of without power - I am sure you are stressing due to the 9/15/11 deadline for Business Entities - Seems like you described a well thought out plan pre-"Irene", but then there are always "hiccups" aren't there.

        Looks like Connecticut was included and Obama Declares Disaster for Connecticut today 9/3/11 (late afternoon) - http://www.fema.gov/news/newsrelease.fema?id=57635 obviously IRS has not had time to update their extension information - and IRS efile, e-services, etc are down for maintenance over the labor Day Weekend.
