Backing up your data suggestions

    I entered BACKUP SOFTWARE in GOOGLE and found EASEUS ToDo FREE software. I installed it and tried it for the FIRST time today. It will not back up to a DVD. It works well to backup to another hard drive or a flashdrive. It backs up very fast. It will automatically make a backup periodically. A backup can be deleted instantly. A backup made by Windows 7 takes FOREVER to create OR to delete.

      Online backup not all that reliable

      As I mentioned when I started this thread, Carbonite was not that reliable for me. Virtually all my latest modified files were located on my former C drive, not in my online Carbonite. If it wasnt for Carbonite remoting controling my PC to help me locate files both from Carbonite and my former C drive, I probably would have asked for my money back. They must have spent nearly 4 to 5 hours helping me. I am thinking about putting some sign near my pc reminding me to back up every day.
