    Irc 6662

    Client filed for adoption expenses. Denied. Sent in extra info for special needs adoption. Next letter was from tax examiner hitting them for over $1700. Still didn't get refund for adoption expenses. IRC 6662 was reason given for tax, penalty, int. I haven't dealt with this one before. Any suggestions?
