It was reported in the newspaper that the President signed into law a new MEDICAID
law which goes into effect in 2014. It will allow millions of people to qualify for Medicaid
who did not qualfy in the past. It reduces the taxability of social security
benefits in so far as Medicaid is concerned. Taxpayers with income of less than $64,000
could possibly qualify. Does anyone know where I can find further details about this new
