    That kind of statement makes no sense, whatsoever. That's like saying there is CA and then the rest of the country.

And no matter WHERE you can do the processing, you're still locked down on WHEN it has to be done. Payroll processing robs you of your flexibility. For a one-person or two-person operation, I found it to be a royal pain. Maybe it's OK for some, but I found it to be marignally profitable and not worth the headaches.
