Sample Termination/Referral Letter

Good day Folks.

I am in the process of selling my practice. Do any of you have a sample letter I could use, to notify all my clients as to such, and recommending to them the buyers.

I would think

that the buyers would provide you with a letter and take care of copying and mailing it. The big box firm I once worked for had a very specific letter they wanted sent and they were reluctant to agree to any changes.

Why not wait and introduce the new owner?

Sending the letter now will raise many questions in advance helping the new owner continue with your many clients since 1975. Why wtite the letter now? Good luck on your sales efforts.
