I have found it quite valuable. I have a link on my website (not Drake's) "do it yourself for cheap" kind of thing. I do get random taxpayers who use the system - a significant number of these scream for help when they get into trouble. If the trouble is in a current return, a couple of keystrokes and their entries are in my system and I can work on it. $$. If the trouble is in a past or future year, they become a normal client. $$. I also use the system to attempt to retain clients who want to leave because they want to try DIY. "Not a problem", I say, "but no need to spend more than $10, I have a system set up for you". This keeps communication open between me and the client, and I can frequently get them back in a future year. $$.
