Maintain physical fitness
I could argue that treatment to recover from injury caused by a specific incident on the job is not to maintain anything but to restore physical fitness. On the other hand I still think the case comes down to "ordinary" and the deduction may be too dicey for me.
I think it is telling too that while we may quibble about whether any of the cites brought up give us a clear "no" there is no one arguing that a particular cite gives a clear "yes".
