    MA preparers - Sch 2k-1

    Schedule 2K-1 "Beneiciary's MA Information. Since my client is a resident of AZ and filed AZ tax returns for past 2 tax yrs, does my client have to file a "non resident MA tax return"?

    If there is Ma source income like positive rent from a building in MA or capital gain from a sale of property in MA then yes a return is required.
