    C Corp. Coverted to S Corp. - How to get refund of taxes?

    I have a client that converted from a C Corp. to an S Corp. and inadvertently applied his overpayment to the next year. What do we have to do to get the refund back?

      This is where you put the estimates and '04 overpayment applied. Enter here and request refund.
