    Llc

    An LLC is filing 1065. But I see different accountant check different box on page 2 of 1065, schedule B Question 1.
    What type of entity? Some check General partnership, others check the box Domestic Limit Partnership. But as the name indicate, if LLC files 1065, should the box Domestic Limit Liability Compny be check?

    Please help.

      Domestic LLC

      That is what should be checked for a US LLC filing a 1065.
      I would put a favorite quote in here, but it would get me banned from the board.
