Oh, shucks. I was ready to jump on this one. BTW, to delete message:

    Select "edit."
    Select "go advanced."
    Check "delete message" bullet.
    Click "delete message."
    Poof! Gone.

As you can tell, I have had some practice on this one.

      Too Late

      Sorry Burke, you're too late.

Lost your golden opportunity to respond.

But you can still answer a deleted message if you're creative enough...

We are very sorry about this. Sometimes we all feel like being deleted, but to actually cry for help to your fellow board members - so sad - so very sad.

To delete however would not be advisable. My advice to you is just to backspace and start over. Things will look up.

"Sometimes we all feel like being deleted"...

Brought back memories of a visit I made to a payroll processing center many years ago, when they were still using keypunch stations, with big computers humming along in the special air-conditioned rooms.

With limited computing capacity, I guess they didn't have much error-trapping capability. A hand-printed sharpie note written on the back of a keypunch card was sitting at each station saying:

"If you press the DELETE key without getting a supervisor's permission, the payroll record you eliminate will be your own."
