          Orygun shut down their practitioner hotline this spring due to budget constraints. It's too bad, I always had good success in calling and getting things taken care of at a minimal cost to the state. Looks like they are penny wise and pound foolish here.

                  at least from a spokesman who attended our seminar last year...

                  IRS "Enforcement" budget is up 17%. "Service" budget cut 6%.
