      No, it's too late for 2010. See TTB 13-5.
      If you loan someone $20 and never see them again, it was probably worth it.

        Too late for Traditional and Roth IRAs and SIMPLEs, but have until the extended deadline for a SEP, which could help if your client is self-employed.
