JA is in the far northeastern part of the state, across the sound from Elizabeth City. (I got this from an old post on this forum)
That's east and northeast of Wake and Bertie counties, which were the hardest hit areas. So it could be that she was affected, depending on what direction the front moved.Last edited by JohnH; 04-19-2011, 05:50 PM."The only function of economic forecasting is to make astrology look respectful" - John Kenneth Galbraith

Thanks
As well as John H and others, a big thank you to all the poster's (our friends and family) concerns for all of us in the NC and other states that the Tornadoes affected.
It does warm our hearts, for days, I have been receiving emails, and phone calls from clients and friends asking if we are okay.
I am hoping JA checks in soon, as JohnH mentionned it was heading her way and I know that she is in Elizabeth City area.
There was a good map published in the N&O today, that gave the outline of where the tornadoes hit and headed.
Yes JohnH, guesss NC hit the "news" .
