If I have a T/P with unfiled 2007, the return for hubby MFS would be ammended to MFJ with wife, if I do that ammendment and it has a refund on it, and it's postmarked by the 18th, they'll get the money right?
I believe it would be April 15th
This is an unusual year with the delay to 4/18
I could be wrong - but I wouldn't want to risk it if there is a refund involved.

April 18, 2011 is the last day to timely file for a refund on a 2007 return.
