    Can Child Pay EF amount he owes out of his

    Father's bank account. I have a student, he owes 328 can he use his fathers bank account on his EF Tax Return to pay the bill??

      In those situations, I e-file and print them a 1040-v and have them mail it with the T/P's address in the memo line, can be anybody's check.
