    8283

I haven't done an 8283 in a long time, it seems I used to use %'s with the value at purchase and the value now, I'm thinking 33%. I never had any IRS problems. Anyone know?

The client tells you. When a WAG is required you don't make it.

I told one client this year that you could probably consider 25%. Then let him figure it out. Actually I did the calculation on the calculator and told him what it said and asked him what he wanted me to put on the form. He adjusted it a little bit I think.
