    Arizona Voucher

    I notice there is no Form AZ-V for Arizona. If a return is electronically filed, and you want to simply mail them a check, what do you enclose with the payment to assure you will receive credit?

      Thank you Sandy. Indeed it has a coupon - for some reason Drake did not produce it.

        Try putting a date in for efiling so it is ready to go. Maybe the software is not producing the voucher until ready to go.
