    Energy credit for Window Film

    Client obtained a: "Manufacturer’s Certification for Compliance with American Recovery and
    Reinvestment Act of 2009" Its say on bottom of the certificate: Eligible building envelope component. An insulation material or system that is specifically and primarily designed to reduce heat loss or gain of a residence.

    I am thinking 2a on form 5695. Your thoughts?
