Virginia Part Year Resident

Got a Virginia Part Year Resident return to complete. Having trouble - I believe my tax software (ATX) is failing me on this return. Wanted to see if any of you prepare VA PYR and might be willing to get me over the hump on this one. I've not used the private message feature on this board and am not sure how it works. Thank you to anyone who can give me a couple minutes to answer a couple of questions via private message.
