FEHB ='s Federal Employees Health Benefit. Taxpayer has oh her W-2, Box 14 )K), Pretax Vision & Dental, Box 14 (V) Pretax FEHB Incentive. Anyone have experience with these. Where are these reported on tax return? Taxpayer also has approximately $6000 in out of pocket medical expenses.

Isn't box 14 informational, not necessarly reportable? Since they are pre-tax, they are not deductible. $6000 out of pocket on Schedule A. (My W-2/1099 Roadmap from TMI doesn't even talk about box 14.)
