    SE Health Insurance question, Again

    There has been a lot of discussion about it but I have not been able to
    understand where to put it on the tax form.

    Line 29 of Form 1040.

    Most software has a worksheet so you can reach the appropriate amount ("restrictions apply").

      I use ATX

      Goes on line 29 of 1040, as usual.

      Also gets deducted on Sch SE. See line 3. I have a box at top of Sch SE and have to enter it there. I use ATX.

      I think this is a one-timer, so warn your clients.
      If you loan someone $20 and never see them again, it was probably worth it.
