    Ark NR

    Software is not acknowledging their Sch D income (a gain) on Ark Return and I wondered why. Is this appropriate? Federal and NC are correct.

      Income. According to the Taxbook all residents must include copies of Sch D income and Part Year Residents and Nonresidents must include copy of Federal return. According to that reqjuirement I would say the Sch D income from Arkansas sources are taxable.
