NJ Preparers or anyone...what is NJ-FLI?

W-2 issued by NJ corp with NJ withholding. Box 17 of W-2 has a 2nd line in addition to the NJ state tax witholding displaying as: $34.21 - FLI

Now there is a NJ-FLI option in Box 14 within the drop down menu description.

Also, I have four W-2's on one page. All W-2's are the same except for one that does not display the $34.21 - FLI

NJ Family Leave Insurance - I believe that's like disability insurance - it possibly could be health insurance - not sure - as I haven't followed it through my software - but it should be shown in box 14, not anywhere else.

Also - watch multiple W-2s from same employer - there possibly could be state withholding from more than 1 state and the software prints it out separating each state by printing a separate W-2..
