Medical and Dental in Box 14 of W-2

Dont think I every saw one of these. In Box 14, I have a drop down menu of "description code" and neither Medical or Dental appear on drop down list but "Deductible Employee Exps" appear. Upon looking at his Box 1 of W-2, amt in Box 1 matches Box Box 3 & 5.

Is it possible the Medical and Dental are Deductible Employee Exps?

Possible as a deduction on Sche A. You can't really tell unless the W-2 describes it as pre-tax or post-tax.
