TTB Missing Pages

My Deluxe Edition of TTB has two pages 7-9 & 10. It is missing pages 7-11 & 12. (These are front and back). TTB updates do not appear to address this so I am assuming it is a misprint. How can I get the missing pages?

Another question however. Can one only order the
TB cd or
web version
and not order the printed book?

I will, but I needed them right away to look up something. 2009 book has them and I am not sure anything changed, but am checking with a colleague that has the 2010 book. Thanks.
