    NC Estate Tax

    It is my understanding that NC law usually follows federal on Estate taxes. Eff 1/1/11, the estate tax has been reinstated with a $5M exemption per person. Did NC follow this law?

          Well, this is dated in 2008, but if it is still on their website.......I suppose that they continue to require a NC estate tax return IF a federal estate tax return is required. Any opposing opinions?
