    CA Child Support

    Client is behind on CA Child Support. Does CA have access to client's federal refund for delinquent payments?

          Don't all states have the ability to collect back child support through FMS?

          On the other hand, just because someone is behind doesn't mean that the state has processed the paperwork to get the federal refund offset. I believe individuals can call FMS to see if they have any offsets filed against them.
