1231 Property, etc

Looking for some good material on 1231, 1245, 1250 property and how to deal with it, etc. I know that Quickfinder has a depreciation book and looks like it covers this to some extent, but not sure how much. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Try TTB page 6-10. There's a summary of section 1231, and also treatment of of the sale of 1245 and 1250 property. Also an example taking the information to Form 4797.

Thanks Armando, I have seen that section in TTB. Was looking for something with more detail to it. More for my learning more about the topic.
