Taxpayer Brought In A 1099r With This Distribution Code. He Received The Money And Rolled It Over Within The 60 Days Limit. How Do I Code This Or What Form Would I Fill Out To Let Irs Know That This Was Done?

Gross amt goes on 16a. Net amount on 16b should be "zero," if your software is performing correctly. Mine prints "ROLLOVER" on that line as well. -
Code is important!
Code 1-b is merely indicative of a Roth withdrawal.
Code 1-h indicates a Roth to Roth direct rollover.
If the client did, in fact, meet the requirements then you likely will likely have to also check a box somewhere and then "ROLLOVER" will appear on the front page of Form 1040.
