TP/Spouse die Apr 2010, still file MJF?

    TP/Spouse die Apr 2010, still file MJF?

    Correct me if I am incorrect but even though the TP/spouse died mid 2010, the surviving spouse can still file MFJ for 2010, correct?

              Assuming the person in charge of the decedents affairs agrees, then yes.
