    reduced exclusion

    Client built home and just when completed, transferred job, sold just completed never lived in house for huge gain.
    never met any use test but meets the change of employment test.
    any reduced exclusion on this one? not military.
    i say no because of use test, so does the worksheet on page 6-20.

      construction period

      The construction period counts towards the two out of five years, but only if the residence is actually occupied as the primary home.
