Client has 5 -1099-R's issued by same EIN #, same dist code, all with IRA box checked, taxable amt box checked only difference is box amt in box 1,2a, 4...I am thinking this may be a dumb question but what the heck but if I create columns of box 1, 2a & 4 in a spread sheet and enter the amts I would probably use more time then enter each one into a 1099-R worksheet. Arent we allowed at least 1 dumb question on this message board?

Be sure and check the account numbers to make sure some are not duplicates. Also check if any are marked corrected.JG
