Form 3115 in year of sale

My client sold his rental properties in 2010. I need to go back and make some depreciation adjustments for errors from 2004-2007. 39 year useful life used instead of 27.5 as prior preparer messed up. This property was sold in 2010. Can I prepare 3115 in 2010 for this property?

Also depreciation wasn't claimed for home office from 2004-2007 and home office stopped being used 2/28/10. Can I prepare 3115 in 2010 for this property?

And last for home improvements to the rental depreciation was not claimed for 2006-2007. Can I fix on form 3115 or can this not be done because of Question 3 on Part II of form 3115. The tax year of change is 2004-2007 so the rentals are not terminated until 2010. Does that mean this might work or I am interpreting it wrong?

    Thanks!
