941X Refund not received

    941X Refund not received

    Per IRS the check was mailed in January but taxpayer never received check. Agent told me I need to file form 3911 but it appears that this form is aimed at 1040 filers. If this is indeed the form I need to use I intent to attach a copy of form 941X.

    Anyone has experience with this form and can give me some assurance?
