          I believe that they are. There was a thread last year in which some took the word "at" literally and determined that accredited on-line classes wouldn't work. I think they were wrong.

              My online accredited

              courses were certainly eligible for the credit. This is how I finished my Bachelors and I will tell you it was a lot more difficult than sitting in the classroom. It is no joke and not easier to do Online classes.
