    Not Linda, but I can answer your question - yes, it is no different than a regular checking account with no controls on what bills are paid. It is up to the account holder to keep track of the amount actually spent on qualified medical expenses.

      Debit card

      Usually we use a debit card. There is one doctor that won't take a debit card and he has to write them a check and send it to them.
