I remember reading that a Military Spouse can now file in the Home State of the military spouse, not in the state worked. I can not find anything about this in The Tax Book. Can anyone help me?

You need to review the Military Spouse Relief Act of 2009 signed into law by President Obama on 11/11/09, amending the Servicemember Civil Relief Act. Basically, the military spouse must have resided in the same state as the service member before the move to the new state. There was a previous thread on this.
