    IRA to Roth

    Where does it say that you can pay the taxes on an IRA to Roth rollover over a two year period. I cannot seem to find it.

          Election

          And, it's the default to spread the 2010 income from the conversion to 2011 and 2012. The taxpayer may make an election to report the income during 2010 instead.
