    Mileage Sole Proprietorship

I'm having a brain freeze here. Can a person who gets a 1099, Nonemployee Compensation, and drives to and from a place of business every day deduct his or her mileage? I have three 1099's right now. One works for a nail salon and drives to and from the salon to work. The other is a maintenance man for an apartment complex. Neither has an office in the home. The third is a lawn guy who does have an office in the home, so I am sure that I can deduct his mileage to and from the lawn work. I'm just not sure about the other two.

My partner says no to the first two but I want to make sure I'm not missing any deductions for my clients.

    Thank you very much.

      No to the first 2

I have a beautician who rents a booth at a shop. She would love to take her mileage to the shop but she can't. She can take mileage for other trips to get supplies, etc.
