    Dependent claiming a dependent

    TTB 3-15 top. I learned something new: A client who is claimed as a dependent may
    NOT claim a dependent, such as his or her child. Drake Tax Software taught me
    this when it would not allow an exemption for the dependent. Smart software!

      Yes, encountering some of these where the non self supporting and minimally employed 16-17 y.o. wants to claim their baby- no go . . .
