    Small Business Healthcare Tax Credit

I haven't seen much on this new subject. I've been reading....my client employees his adult sons (they don't live at home) on the family farm, wages, 943, all the right way, pays for health insurance. Am I reading right, that because they are family, TP (father) can't take the Health ins credit?

    From TTB web portal

Additional requirements. A sole proprietor, partner, more than
2% S corporation shareholder, and more than five percent owner
in any other business are not considered employees for purposes
of the credit. Family members of any such owners are also not
considered employees. Do not include their hours or wages when
calculating the number of FTEs or the amount of average wages
or the premiums paid on their behalf in determining the amount
    of the credit.

Of course not. Since owners and family members aren't really human are they?
