Client pays to the town $1,350 in Athletic fees for daughter to participate in 3 sports. Can this be considered a schedule A tax deduction ? Thanks,

If it is a fee, it is not a tax. Is that what you were thinking it would go under? It's not a charitable contribution, it is not interest, it is not a misc business deduction, and it is not even an eligible education credit item. So unless by some stretch it could be medical as erchess describes, no deduction.Comment
