    jamaica j-1 visa

    I have a client from Jamaica on a J-1 Visa. They expect the teaching job here in the US to last 3 years. The treaty says that stays of 2 years or less are exempt from US tax, so I asssume this income is taxable to them, but is this correct. have any of you guys dealt with this treaty before?
